I got my hands on a brand new beer, available only so far in Colorado. This Orale Cerveza Lager is from the Del Norte Brewing Company out of Denver, who specialize in Mexican-style beers like this one.
The description on the bottle:
"Orale is a Mexican-style lager(cerveza clara). It is lightly-hopped, full bodied, and has a slight sweetness that perfectly complements the rich flavors of Mexican cuisines."
I'm a fan of the cerveza lagers like Corona, Dos Equis, Modelo, etc... and I gotta say this one has a unique, surprising taste that I'm enjoying. With the aforementioned cervezas, you're likely going to enjoy the taste more with a lime, but I don't think that's necessary with the Orale, as it has plenty of flavor. It's just fine by itself which is nice so you don't have to waste money on the fruit like the previous beer we covered.
There's really not much more that I can add about this beer yet. No idea what the alcohol content is or anything like that because there's pretty much nothing available yet about this beer online, but it seems to do the job. I'd recommend this beer for all of you Coloradoans to get your drink on with(click here to see where exactly it's available), and hopefully it will be available in more states soon.
