That's what Michael Phelps wore in preparation for his interview with NBC's Bob Costas during the Winter Olympics. He'd take the hat off for the interview, but the scarf still keeps this one as quite a fashion fail. Additionally, the interview was indoors, making the scarf worthless. Even Craig Sager would be shaking his head at this.
