Rachel Bilson's always been a favorite of ours, so we're thrilled to hear that she's no longer engaged to d-bag supreme, Hayden Christensen.

According to People, the uber-hottie(Bilson) and crappy actor(Christensen/Anakin Skywalker) broke up after "taking a break" in the last couple months:

Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen have officially ended their engagement.

Reports surfaced a couple months ago that the duo were on a break, but now the split is permanent. "Yes, the engagement is off," Bilson's rep tells PEOPLE, but declined to provide details on the breakup.

I'm going to go ahead and assume/hope this was mainly Rachel's decision, as she can clearly do much, much better. We'll certainly be fine with her staying single for as long as possible.
