Jessica Alba, like Megan Fox and most other hot "actresses" out there, has said for years how much she hates portraying a sexy image; she just wants to be recognized for her acting skills. Alba recently had this to say to Metro:

The list goes on but the sex symbol label doesn’t sit comfortably with Alba. ‘I don’t really pay attention to that sexy image,’ she says. ‘It just goes with the character in the movie. At the end of the day, it’s all a part of selling a product.'

‘It’s always been weird because I grew up in a very traditional, Catholic household,’ she continues. ‘My parents were very strict but I broke away from that at an early age. I was a feminist when I was five. These days, I am much more liberal-minded but I still respect their beliefs.’

I'm so sick of hearing this shit. Look, I know you have worked so hard in your life to become an actress and take pride in your work, that's great. However, I have news for you: You're not one of the most popular female actresses out there because of your actual acting. You're famous because you're quite possibly the hottest woman in the world(when you want to be).

All of these roles you keep landing are because of your beauty, not because of acting talents. You're a sex symbol. It's time to not just accept it, but EMBRACE it, dammit. Take the sexy roles; do the sex scenes; show off that body for every magazine and website out there. That's where your money and career is at.
